Thanks. I use dollar store “dish pans” in all my cupboards. I have a tiny kitchen with few cupboards above or below. These little white, squarish, dishpans can be pulled out like a bin from each cupboard and level….so I don’t have to “dig” to find what I need: cookware, the toaster & large oven mitts; dishwash rags and dishwasher tablets; hot sauces and vinegars; plastic bags & foil…..I also use them in my refrigerator or freezer when needed to sort things (but the plastic doesn’t last very long in cold conditions), Also, as an art teacher, I use these same dish pans to file class sets of instructions or lesson samples/xerox pictures for particular lessons….or to organize materials for a substitute teacher lesson plan/w/materials….I bought a ton of these when they were still only 99cents at the 99cent store…Don’t know what they cost now 🙂 A dollar isn’t a dollar now.

That was all I needed!

The plastic bins for the freezer are meant for a full size freezer, not a refridgearator with a freezer. I’ve been using the for 30 years to seperate my different meats, beef, pork, chicken, seafood. It really does help. You can buy burner covers at aly walmart, dollar store, etc. They are round or square and meant to go over your stove burners so it looks nice. All the ads and lack of pictures hurt trying to follow this.

I have an upright freezer and I put the baskets/plastic boxes, that I get from the dollar store in my freezer and label them according to type so I know where the fruit or vegetables are etc. it works great.

It’s a padded piece of material that you can roll up when you cook.
I have a built-in microwave above my stove. I was terrified that I would drop a hot bowl from Mikey and shatter my stove top. Now I have peace of mind and no longer use my Microwave as a bread box.
